Texas Transportation and Growth is a leading voice and advocate for the Southwest Division of Oldcastle Materials, its employees, and its member industry. In addition to being the leading vertically integrated supplier of aggregates, asphalt, ready-mix concrete, and construction and paving services in the United States, Oldcastle Materials believes it is wise to aggressively invest in our nation’s transportation infrastructure. Elected officials, at all levels of government, determine how to invest in the transportation infrastructure of our nation. Our leaders face tough choices; these decisions affect our employees, our company, and our industry.
Texas Growth strives to educate the employees of Oldcastle Materials about the issues that affect them, encouraging them to be involved in the political process, to vote, and to help educate their elected officials about industry issues, their business, and the state’s transportation needs. Texas Growth provides employees a platform from which they can ENGAGE elected officials by visiting their offices, hosting officials at plants and job sites, and by providing tools through which our message and priorities can be communicated.
